Software Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer based in Kollam. You will be responsible for writing and optimizing code, developing and maintaining back-end services, and ensuring the functionality and reliability of software applications. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing and solving complex technical issues while continuously improving system performance.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain backend services (preferably )

* Develop intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces (React / Vue / etc.)

* Design APIs and integrate with third-party services

* Write clean, testable, and efficient code

* Collaborate in sprint planning, code reviews, and system design discussions

* Deploy and monitor features using modern DevOps practices

* Contribute to product strategy and decision-making

What We're Looking For

* Zero to 2 years of experience in full stack development (or demonstrate equivalent skill)

* Proficiency in modern JavaScript (React, , or similar frameworks)

* Strong backend experience or equivalent)

* Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web architecture

* Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

* Startup mindset: you're proactive, adaptable, and hands-on

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
