*Job Summary*:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced *Civil Engineer or Architect* with a strong background in *high-rise residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in **project estimation, planning, and AutoCAD drafting*, and must be able to independently manage technical aspects of high-rise construction.


*Key Responsibilities*:

* Prepare accurate *project cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirement sheets for **high-rise buildings*.

* Develop and track *project schedules*, timelines, and progress reports using MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

* Create, modify, and review *architectural and structural drawings* in *AutoCAD*.

* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.

* Conduct *site visits* to verify progress and ensure adherence to drawings and safety standards.

* Assist in tender preparation and quantity surveying.

* Maintain detailed project documentation and assist in preparing as-built drawings.

* Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental and safety regulations.


*Key Skills Required*:

* Proficiency in *AutoCAD*, MS Excel, and project planning tools.

* Strong knowledge of *estimation and planning for high-rise buildings*.

* Excellent understanding of *structural and architectural detailing*.

* Familiarity with construction norms, materials, and techniques used in high-rise projects.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders and teams.


*Qualifications*:

* Bachelor's Degree in *Civil Engineering* or *Architecture*.

* Minimum *5 years of relevant experience*, preferably in high-rise construction.

* Familiarity with *local building regulations* in Gujarat / DNH region.

*Salary*:upto 50k
