Job Title: Content Moderator

Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Content Moderator to review and manage user-generated content across platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) to ensure adherence to platform policies.
- Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines or poses risks.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
Spanish: Good command (reading and writing).( B2 Level)
English: Excellent fluency (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Fresher candidates welcome.
