Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Content Moderator for a full-time position based in Hyderabad. This role involves reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it meets company and client standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent content review skills and content moderation abilities. The role is integral to maintaining the quality and integrity of online content and requires someone with keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Content Review (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in evaluating and editing content to maintain its appropriateness and quality.
  • Content Moderation (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively apply moderation strategies and tools to ensure content compliance with guidelines.
  • Moderation Guidelines: Familiarity with industry-standard guidelines and best practices for content evaluation and moderation.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on minute details to ensure content accuracy and quality are upheld without errors.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to assess issues critically and make sound decisions for content improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding content issues.
  • Video Content: Experience in reviewing and moderating video content to adhere to company and client standards.

  • Review and analyze content posted online for accuracy and adherence to community guidelines.
  • Ensure that online content is in compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns regarding content quality to the relevant teams.
  • Utilize content moderation tools and processes to maintain the highest possible quality standards.
  • Communicate any trends or insights found in the content that could impact the team or company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance content strategies and moderation techniques.
