
Marketing Manager-Leading Luxury Retail-Mumbai

Branding & Marketing:
- Understand the current practices and polices followed by the brand to convey the existing story told by the brand along with its unique selling point.
- Discuss with management to understand their vision of the brands growth in both short and long term.
- Strategize and present plan of action to attain the future goals and further execute them upon approval as per the timelines given. Eg : (not limited to) Research, conceptualize and present to management for collaborations with other brands / businesses.
- Planning, creation and coordinating monthly and annual marketing, exhibitions & events calendar
- Part of custody team holding marketing literature / props / etc.
- Keep oneself abreast with latest luxury news and destinations frequented by luxury consumers, further using the data for planning marketing events / promotions / etc.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communication strategy that aligns with the companys vision and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of brand messaging, including advertising, public relations, social media, and content marketing.
- Custodian of all digital assets of the brand and managing the Drop Box account in a planned and organized manner to ensure proper records and referencing of all videos, images, digital assets for easy access and use, as required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of communication strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and other partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform and adapt communication approaches.
- Develop and oversee budgets for brand communication initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Social Media:
- Planning and executing the weekly/monthly social media calendar Instagram, FB, Pinterest, Linked In, Twitter
- Content planning, creation and execution
- Ensuring increase in followers and engagement metrics
- Working closely with graphic designers, content creators, content agencies, influencers, etc.
Custodian of the content for the brand and managing the same on tools like Dropbox PR & Celebrity/Influencer Marketing:
Prepare, implement and manage the brands annual PR calendar along with the PR agency.
Coordinate gifting and sourcing campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external partners on media requests.
- Respond to various press/media requests by preparing content and responses as required and getting necessary approvals from spokesperson, in coordination with the PR agency.
- Managing the website and social media press section to ensure all articles and coverage received is displayed in the relevant section of the website, social media pages, etc.
Website:
- Ensure regular content and information updates and uploads on the website as per brands requirements.
- Co-ordination with Website agency for smooth functioning and enhancement of the website from time to time, as required.
- Supervise E-commerce executive to ensure smooth running, product uploads, pricing and content check as well as ecommerce operations in coordination with the stores for ecommerce sales.
- Performance Marketing for driving traffic and conversion on the website.
New Collection / Product Launch:
- During the development stage, assist in naming the said new collection / product, analyze designs in making, to determine the target audience along with the management (Eg: younger generation / older generation / married / unmarried / etc) and accordingly strategize the plan of action for optimum visibility and submit the same for management review keeping in mind the launch date.
- Coordinate with internal departments and supervise external agencies for developing marketing material / catalogue / etc as per the approved plan.
- Execute the approved marketing plan across platforms i.e. digital / offline / events / etc and across locations.
- Planning, coordination and execution of shoots ecommerce, product and lifestyle campaigns
- Responsible for smooth pre-launch and launch activities as per the approved plan. Existing range of collections / products :
- Coordinate with sales team and gather market sentiment to understand the demand,
relevance as on date of existing collections and products, further review and suggest changes to management in the ongoing marketing plan or suggest new plan accordingly.
