Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Executive Assistant (Film Production House) for a reputed company at the (Andheri)Mumbai Location.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Accurately record minutes from meetings.
  • Greet visitors and decide if they should be able to meet with executives.
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure follow-ups wherever needed.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Prepare internal and external documents for team members and partners.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
  • Arrange events to take place in and outside of the work place.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
