GRI-ALLESET is a unique organization that specializes in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of high-quality, cost-effective product solutions for the global healthcare marketplace. The services offered include a complete suite of contract manufacturing services (including design, development, manufacture, sterilization, and logistics), marketing and sales services, as well as a diverse range of market-tested products that are sold to Custom Procedure Pack Manufacturers, Medical Device Manufacturers and Dealers. We are currently searching for a talented individual who will assume a high level of responsibility for client and business development in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Management

  • Prepared accurate and competitive quotations for a wide range of surgical disposable products, including gloves, gowns, drapes, syringes, and other consumables.
  • Responded to RFQs from hospitals, clinics, and distributors, ensuring pricing, availability, and lead times were clearly communicated.
  • Collaborated with sales teams to apply approved pricing strategies, bulk discounts, and special offers.
  • Maintained and updated pricing databases and quotation templates to reflect latest product offerings and pricing changes.

Customer Query Handling

  • Served as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Provided timely and professional responses to questions about product specifications, order status, and post-sales support.
  • Logged all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems for tracking and quality assurance purposes.

Dashboard & Reporting

  • Designed and maintained Excel and dashboards to track quotations, order conversion rates, customer feedback, and daily service metrics.
  • Shared weekly and monthly reports with internal teams (sales, supply chain, management) to aid decision-making.
  • Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, quote-to-order ratio, and customer satisfaction scores.

Preferred candidate profile :

Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Three of more years of related practical work experience preferably in a manufacturing environment into CSR Role
