Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Accounts Manager

to lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations. The role involves managing reporting, taxation, audits, banking, and cash flow while
leading and mentoring the accounts team

. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to drive financial discipline and support strategic decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and review investor reports, MIS, project-wise profitability, and inventory reports.
  • Develop financial dashboards and KPIs in Google Data Studio/Excel for management reviews.
  • Provide financial insights to support business strategy, cost optimization, and growth.

Compliance & Taxation

  • Manage monthly GST filings (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), advance tax computations, and reconciliations.
  • Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and ensure timely finalization of books of accounts.
  • Prepare and file responses to notices from IT, GST, or other statutory bodies.
  • Oversee ROC compliances in coordination with the CS and handle assessment queries with auditors.

Banking & Treasury Management

  • Coordinate with banks for loans, renewals, documentation, and credit facilities.
  • Manage cash flow statements, working capital requirements, and fund allocations across projects.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing, IT calculations for employees, and vendor payments.

Team Leadership & Process Management

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Implement financial controls, SOPs, and best practices across the finance department.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, assign responsibilities, and ensure professional development of team members.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional departments (Operations, HR, Legal, Sales).

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee vendor invoicing, reconciliations, follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for smooth operations and compliance.
  • Issue NOCs, manage intercompany reconciliations, debtors, and creditors efficiently.
  • Managing transactions of different legal entities

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
- Deep knowledge of
accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance requirements

.
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
