Hiring for Delta V / DCS / Batch Life science Project .

Job Type- Contract –

• Responsible for design, support of DeltaV system on site.
• Partial or full ownership in development and implementation of hardware and software solutions pertaining to industrial standards.
• Design and develop system architecture, functional specifications, control strategies and supporting documents as per industry standards.
• Review the life cycle documents/deliverables for the project.
• Determine the process requirements and translate them to automation design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical or Bioengineering,
• Experience in Emerson DeltaV DCS or similar, ideally in Pharma industry.
• Experience in designing and commissioning DeltaV DCS or similar for pharma industry.
• Technical proficiency in determining hardware and software solutions for control systems.
• Familiarity with networking, field devices, control panel design and PLC control systems.
• Experience with design and configuration of communication protocols and interface between DeltaV DCS and other systems.
• Good understanding of S88 and cGMP standards.
• Highly skilled in design of Physical and Procedural layer in batch design.
• Ability to be a team player at all levels.
• Experience in automation roles for FAT, SAT and site commissioning.
• Knowledge of MES interface will be an advantage
