We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong expertise in digital marketing. The role requires managing end-to-end marketing strategies, driving lead-generation campaigns, and supporting business growth with data-backed insights. This position is ideal for someone who can blend sales capability with advanced digital marketing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage complete digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead performance-driven campaigns focusing on qualified lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to ensure strong ROI/ROAS.
  • Oversee SEO strategy including technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance reports using analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience segmentation for effective campaign planning.
  • Coordinate with content writers and designers to maintain consistency in brand messaging.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business targets.
  • Implement marketing automation across email, WhatsApp, and CRM workflows to improve conversions.
  • Maintain and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables with accuracy.
  • Guide junior team members and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO: technical SEO, content optimization, site audits, and link-building.
  • Proven experience in managing lead-generation campaigns and building conversion-focused funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and tracking setup.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CRM tools (Zoho preferred), and automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Capability to create dashboards, reports, and insights for management.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline

Salary:
