We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Analytics Specialist with 3–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Google Analytics (implementation and analysis), Google Tag Manager, and stakeholder collaboration. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive digital insights, conversion optimization, and customer experience improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end CRO strategies to improve digital conversion rates across web and mobile platforms.

  • Analyze user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar) to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B, multivariate, and split tests; ensure statistical rigor and actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and digital marketing teams to translate findings into impactful site changes.

  • Create and maintain detailed CRO roadmaps, test plans, and performance reports.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform hypotheses and prioritization of experiments.

  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and ROI impact to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.

  • Stay current with CRO best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience in CRO.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful optimization experiments.

  • Strong proficiency with CRO and analytics tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts, experiment design, and data interpretation.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ability to communicate technical requirements to developers.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.

Key Performance Indicators:

Improvement in conversion rates across digital assets. Increased ROI from digital marketing initiatives. Reduction in user drop-off rates at key funnel stages. Quality and velocity of experimentation cycles.

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
