Job Title: Assistant Manager – Admissions & Marketing

Location: Indira Nagar, Bangalore

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect with, and convert prospective clients via networking, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement.
  • Manage client mapping, lead generation, and CRM follow-ups to achieve enrolment targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) aligned with admissions goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media, brochures, and event promotions.
  • Support the admissions process through tours, open houses, and parent engagement.
  • Track competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, events, and partnership development.
  • Experience in education/marketing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹42,000.00 per month
