Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics:
Track and analyze multi-channel campaign performance and user engagement.
Provide actionable insights to improve ROI, conversions, and retention.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing KPIs.
Business Analysis:
Understand stakeholder needs, gather requirements, and translate them into solutions.
Map and optimize business processes to support SaaS adoption.
Contribute to GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for SpiderX and other WS products.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing and business insights.
Support leadership in data-driven decision-making.

‍Who Can Apply:
Experienced Professionals in marketing analysis, SaaS metrics, or business analysis.
Freshers from reputed B-Schools or Sales Internship experience with strong communication, analytical skills, and eagerness to build a career in SaaS marketing & business analysis.

‍Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Exposure to SaaS/AI platforms is a plus.
MBA/PGDM (preferred for freshers).
