Executive / Senior Executive - Legal Support

  1. Diligent review / commenting of contract documents (for international clients with multilingual content) as per companys guidelines in consultation with leadership teams from management, delivery, global sales team and corporate support functions.

  2. Drafting of various contract documents for various business units of company (services, software & products business) referring to standard templates / company guidelines & past executed contracts and inputs / discussion with sales, delivery and management team.

  3. Standardizing and maintenance of standard templates for various types of contract documents capturing the knowhow of country and industry specific rules & regulations (as applicable to business units & portfolio of offerings).

  4. Contracts management & regular maintenance of centralized repository of contract documents and glossary of key contract clauses (based on study of past executed contracts for engineering services, software services & products business and external research of applicable industry/international market/stakeholder).

  5. Preparation of contract abstraction outlining the summary of key risks, liabilities & obligations (on need basis by Management team) for internal sharing with concerned stakeholders.

  9. Excellent communication and listening skills.
  10. Good proficiency & working knowledge of MS Office products (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  11. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, naturally driven to provide top-quality work, highly self-disciplined, and possess a working style with building blocks of ownership, passion, teamwork, innovation, and collaboration.
  12. Demonstrate problem resolution skills / experience.

  13. Prior experience and certifications in AI tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions will be an added advantage.

  14. Location: Pune (Hinjawadi Phase-3)

  15. Qualification: LLB (Minimum)

  16. Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in Legal role in Engineering Services / Technology Solutions / IT services industry.
