Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in olefinic chemical processes.
  • Proven experience in process optimization and technical project leadership.
  • Strong background in research and development within the chemical sector.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance related to chemicals.
  • Experience in using data analysis tools for process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
