Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a female Front Office/ Telecaller at am Aesthetic Clinic located in OMR, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for managing front office operations and generating sales through effective phone communication.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads and convert them
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
  • Maintain the Client information database
  • Maintain day to day operations and admin activities of the clinic
  • Gather Feedback from clients and report to branch for improvements
  • Good team player
  • Experience in Hair and Skin clinic will be given preference

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate
  • Excellent fluency in English
  • Prior experience in tele calling preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Tamil
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
