Reports to: Project Director / Vice President Projects / DGM MEP

Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager MEP is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and handover of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting services across one or multiple construction projects. The role requires leadership in design management, project execution, coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery within the cost framework.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of MEP services: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV
  • Familiarity with Indian and International Codes
  • Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

7-12 years of experience in MEP project management (at least 4 years in a leadership role) PMP or equivalent certification (preferred) Prior experience in handling projects in Hyderabad is advantageous
