We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Recruiter to join our groing team in Bengaluru. You'll play a key role in identifying and hiring top-notuch talent for roles across leading IT clients.

Key Responsbilities

Manage end to end recruitemnt for Permanent/CTH IT Roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand Job requirements.

Source candidates through Job portals, linkedin, referrals and other channels.

Conduct initial screening via Phone/vidoe interviews.

Schedule and coorodinate interviews with clients and candidates.

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requriements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline

6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment( preferably Permanent & CTH staffing)

Hands on experience with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc.,

Good communication skills, Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
