Role & responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with clients for orders, queries, and product/service information.

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and proposals.

  • Maintain customer databases, contract files, and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with production/dispatch/logistics for order status and timely delivery.

  • Monitor inventory availability and communicate shortages to the sales team.

  • Ensure customer delivery commitments and timelines are met.

  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, complaints, and escalation support.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication.
  • Assist the team in achieving sales targets and promotional initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal).
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation.

  • 13 years of experience in sales support/coordination/customer service.

  • Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
