We are expanding our Production and Maintenance teams and looking for passionate, skilled professionals to join us

1. IMM Technician (Injection Molding)

Department: Production (IMM)

Education: Diploma in Plastic Technology or any Diploma

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding
  • Mould loading/unloading, parameter setting
  • Manpower deployment and shift flexibility

2. IMM ME Engineer

Department: Production (IMM)

Education: BE/Diploma in Plastic Technology or equivalent

Experience: 5–10 years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in Scientific Molding and DOE
  • Process parameter setup & documentation
  • CFT communication and shift flexibility

3. RCM ME Engineer

Department: Production (RCM)

Education: BE/Diploma in Rubber Technology

Experience: 5–10 years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Rubber Compression Molding & Compounding
  • Post processes: Slip Coating, Ultrasonic Cleaning
  • DOE, documentation & teamwork with CFT

4. Post Process ME Engineer

Department: Production (Post Process)

Education: BE/Diploma

Experience: 5–10 years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

Key Skills:

  • CNC Machining & Polishing
  • Programming & setup for mass production
  • Plastic machining & ultrasonic cleaning

5. Post Process ME Technician

Department: Production (Post Process)

Education: BE/Diploma

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Key Skills:

  • CNC changeover, setup & polishing
  • Plastic machining, DOE, and documentation
  • Strong communication & shift flexibility

6. Maintenance Technician

Department: Machine Maintenance

Education: Diploma/BE (Electrical/Mechanical)

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Key Skills:

  • Maintenance of IMM, RCM & CNC machines
  • Breakdown & preventive maintenance
  • Basic Excel & documentation skills

7. Assistant Manager – ME (IMM/RCM)

Department: Production (ME IMM/RCM)

Education: BE/B.Tech

Experience: 10–15 years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month

Key Skills:

  • Scientific Molding, DOE, and documentation
  • Technical team management
  • EMS sector experience preferred
