Role: Structural Engineer

  • Experience:
    5–10 years in structural engineering (commercial interior fit-out projects)
  • Education:
    Civil/Structural Engineering degree (Master's preferred)
  • Technical Skills:
    STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of Codes:
    IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IBC, AISC

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily civil construction (RCC structures such as foundations, slabs, columns and beams).
  • Supervise fabrication, erection, and installation of steel structures (trusses, supports, frames).
  • Design and analyze structural systems for interior fit-out projects
  • Ensure compliance with IS codes, IBC, and building regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants
  • Review contractor submittals and provide site support
  • Conduct seismic and wind load analysis
