We are seeking an MLOps Consultant with strong technical depth and proven consulting experience to design, implement, and manage scalable AI/ML solutions for our clients.
Role Overview
As an MLOps Consultant, you will act as both a hands-on engineer and a strategic advisor to client teams. You will architect production-ready ML systems, automate deployment pipelines, and ensure reliability at scale—while also engaging with stakeholders to tailor solutions to business needs.
This role blends technical execution with client-facing consulting, ideal for professionals who can bridge the gap between data science innovation and enterprise delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Advisory
Assess client ML/AI environments, identify gaps, and propose scalable solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align MLOps strategies with goals.
Model Deployment & Automation
Build CI/CD pipelines for ML models and automate deployment workflows.
Ensure reproducibility, compliance, and audit readiness.
Infrastructure Design & Scaling
Architect cloud-native ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Kubernetes/Docker.
Optimize costs while ensuring high-performance model serving.
Monitoring & Reliability
Implement monitoring systems for model drift, fairness, and anomalies.
Set up observability tools with proactive alerting mechanisms.
Client Delivery & Enablement
Work as a consultant embedded in client teams, enabling their data science functions.
Conduct knowledge transfer, documentation, and training sessions.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in MLOps / ML Engineering / DevOps with strong client-facing exposure.
Deep expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
Strong experience with ML lifecycle platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with LLMs, GenAI, and inference-serving frameworks.
Familiarity with feature stores and vector databases (Feast, Pinecone, Weaviate).
Previous consulting, pre-sales, or client delivery experience.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
