Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, optimization, and implementation of consistent end-to-end planning processes across key areas including Capture Demand, Stocking, Safety Stock/EOQ, Forecasting, and Deployment.
• Lead functional and integration testing efforts to ensure the successful deployment of system enhancements and new features into the productive environment.
• Manage the rollout of the Global Planning solution to new locations (e.g., NAFTA, China) and oversee the integration with order processing systems in Europe and Dubai, as well as SAP S/4HANA under the Future System Landscape (FSL) initiative.
• Provide 3rd-level technical support for Spare Parts Planning, acting as a key interface between operational teams and IT to resolve complex system and process issues.
• Work within the Global Planning Scrum Team, applying the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to ensure effective and agile solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, system integration, or related roles within a global organization

• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Stocking, EOQ, Forecasting, Deployment)

• Experience with SAP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with system integration and functional testing
• Understanding of agile methodologies, especially SAFe and Scrum
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills for working across global teams
• Experience in global rollout and support of planning solutions

Qualifikationen

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Knowledge of Spare Parts Planning processes
• Certification in SAFe, Scrum, or Agile methodologies
