Brands: The Serai Resorts (Chikmagalur | Kabini | Bandipur) & Barefoot Resort (Havelock Island)
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales team at The Serai & Barefoot Resorts. The role involves handling corporate and leisure sales across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad markets, focusing on generating revenue through direct clients, corporate groups, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE partners.
- Handle corporate and group bookings for The Serai & Barefoot Resorts.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client portfolios to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote resort offerings.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
- Represent the brand in roadshows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
- Maintain updated client databases, sales reports, and performance trackers.
- Ensure brand integrity and consistent communication as per company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in resorts, hotels, or leisure segment).
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
