Job Title: Customer Confirmation Call Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our eCommerce team as a Customer Confirmation Call Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers via phone to confirm their orders, verify shipping details, and provide reassurance about their purchase. You will serve as an important link between our company and our customers, ensuring accuracy, trust, and a smooth buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to confirm order details, shipping addresses, and payment information if needed.

Provide clear information about order status, delivery timelines, and company policies.

Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Update customer records with accurate notes from each call.

Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly tone to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.

Follow standard scripts and procedures while being adaptable to customer needs.

Report recurring issues or customer feedback to help improve processes.
