We're an early-stage, high-growth consumer brand backed by strong fundamentals. We're building something ambitious and category-shaping.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who knows how to hustle, lead, and scale. Someone who can run ad campaigns themselves, manage a team, and take full ownership from Day 1.
Responsibilities:
- Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, etc. (not via agency - we want operators).
- Build and manage the full marketing function - performance, social, influencers, content, PR, etc.
- Lead a small in-house team + coordinate with freelancers or agencies where needed.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Work directly with the founders on campaigns, product launches, and experiments.
- Make decisions like a business owner, not just a department head.
- Handle the customer journey across all touch points.
You'll Fit Right In If You Have:
- 5-6 years of experience (minimum) in performance + brand marketing
- Worked in startups, ideally in D2C.
- Actually executed ad campaigns yourself (not just managed vendors)
- A sharp, creative mind and solid execution muscle
- Comfort with chaos and ownership in an early-stage setup
- Experience leading a small team (or ready to lead one now)
