About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Core HR Recruiter to join our team at Provilac. We have a strong preference for candidates with a background in the FMCG sector. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both our IT and non-IT teams, playing a crucial part in attracting and onboarding top talent to support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Utilize various job portals, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, along with other platforms to source and screen candidates for a wide array of roles.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment data to optimize processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for candidates from the FMCG industry.
  • Job Portal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of and experience with major job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close offers effectively.
