Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in PUF panels, cold storage, prefabricated structures, or insulation materials and be adept at managing high-value B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned zone to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, warehousing, cold storage, and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews, sales meetings, and performance assessments to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the PUF panels, insulation, cold room, or prefabricated structures industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of industrial and construction markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
