About Position:

We are seeking for VC++ Architect hands on experience C++, VC++, .NET, C#, Design Pattern, Architecture, Github copilot, ChatGPT, CICD, React.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions using VC++ and .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA to define and implement technical roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Perform code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
  • Design and implement integration solutions using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of software solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply them to projects when appropriate.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 12+ years in software development with a focus on VC++ and .NET technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Visual C++ (VC++), including MFC, ATL, and Windows API.
  • Extensive experience with .NET Framework, C#, and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Microservices).
  • Hands-on experience with desktop application development and Windows services.
  • Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance tuning in VC++.
  • Familiarity with database design and development (SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and working with web services (SOAP, WCF, REST).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring and leading teams.
