We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy and compliance for our organization. This role will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and treasury management, while ensuring strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with global (US and India) reporting standards. The position requires deep expertise in managing cross-border financial operations, FDI, transfer pricing, US-GAAP consolidation, and statutory filings, as well as the ability to mentor and lead high-performing finance teams. We'll trust you to:
  • Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Lead the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support informed strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present MIS Reports (US Parent + Indian subsidiary) under US-GAAP to senior management, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements for the Indian Entity and consolidation of the financials.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and procedures across all business units.
  • Implement risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Compliance & Reporting (Domestic and Global)
  • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory regulations (TDS, GST, EPF, PT, Income Tax, etc.) and US tax filings (Form 990, Char500, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with Forms related to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other on-demand forms.
  • Oversee FDI-related compliance, including Softex filing, documentation, and approvals.
  • Lead Transfer Pricing assessments, documentation, and coordination with global tax advisors.
  • Accounting & Audit Oversight
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with FASB ASC for grant accounting.
  • Coordinate with statutory and US auditors to manage audit processes and ensure clean audit reports.
  • Managing payroll for employees and contractors.
  • Verification and Validation of documented financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate recording of CAPEX and OPEX. Publish regular MIS/dashboards for management covering Cost Classification.
You'll need to have:
  • Master's degree in finance/accounting/commerce/business administration (CA, CPA, or CMA preferred).
  • 12–15 years of progressive post-qualification experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, treasury management, and statutory compliance (India & US).
  • Proven experience in US-GAAP consolidation, international taxation, and transfer pricing.
  • Hands-on experience in GST, IT, MCA, and Statutory Reporting.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems (Tally and any ERP platform) and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building high-performance finance functions.
