  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
  • Explain product or service features clearly and persuasively
  • Answer customer queries and provide relevant information
  • Convert leads into sales and meet daily/weekly targets
  • Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Handle customer objections politely and professionally
  • Collaborate with field sales or operations team if needed
  • Required Skills:Good verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
  • Confident, convincing, and target-driven personality
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Customer-centric approach and patience
