Job Summary

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create exceptional user experiences for job seekers and recruiters on the platform. You will be responsible for designing web and app screens, managing graphic design tasks, and developing a cohesive design system.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design the overall user experience for the platform and recruiter dashboard.
  • Create web and app screens and components.
  • Handle graphic design tasks, including advertisement banners.
  • Develop and manage a design system.
  • Participate in UX writing tasks as needed.
  • Define design problems and develop solutions.
  • Stay updated with design trends and collect design references.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Less than 4 years in UX/UI design (including internships).
  • Understanding of responsive web and mobile app design.
  • Experience evolving designs from low-fidelity to high-fidelity.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with a willingness to learn new features.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
