Sales Targets Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Developing and implementing strategies to boost sales in assigned territories.

Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, such as hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.

Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Conducting regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Staying updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends.

Providing product training and demonstrations to customers as needed.

Educating customers on the features and benefits of the company's offerings.

Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis:

Gathering market intelligence related to competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Analyzing market data to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Providing feedback to the management team based on market insights.

Territory Management:

Effectively managing assigned territories to maximize sales and market penetration.

Planning and scheduling customer visits and sales activities.

Maintaining accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales transactions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Providing feedback from the field to relevant departments to improve products or services.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Maintaining proper documentation of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.

Adhering to ethical standards and promoting the company's values in all interactions.

Performance Reporting:

Preparing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Presenting sales forecasts, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

Recommending strategies for improvement based on performance analysis.
