Safety Manager :
Role & responsibilities
• Review project SOPs, method statements and job sequencing prepared by PMC/Contractors and provide advisory inputs
• Provide governance input for high risk activities such as SIMOPS, hot works, confined space, radiography, blasting and electrical works.
• Participate in and review JSA/HIRA prepared by execution teams to ensure adequacy of hazard identification and risk controls
• Verify the PTW system through regular inspections/audits and assessing its effectiveness in controlling worksite risks. Verify competency and authorization of permit issuers/receivers and recommend retraining or corrective actions where gaps are identified.
• Review Training Need Identification (TNI) and training modules; provide advisory input to ensure project specific safety requirements are addressed
• Provide oversight on proposed excavation methods, work at height practices, lifting/rigging plans and electrical system safety designs

Experince-15 + Years
Qualification-Only Btech (Civil/Mechancial/E&I/Core Engg)
Safety Qualification-ADIS/PDIS OR ME Industrial Safety
