Safety Manager :

Role & responsibilities

Conduct Pre-job meeting and assess the risk.
• Develop a protocol for identifying skill development needs (on safety) based on the type of works.
• Provide the contract workers with job based training and emergency response training and drills.
• Provide information to the contractor for safe contracted service.
• Record documents on schedules and
• what training was given o Pre and Post training o Trend analysis o Assess and Evaluates the performance of contract workers on field and generate data for contractor safety performance
• Act as a coach and mentor in field with contractor work force and supervisors
• Develop and issue monthly MIS Coordinate Contractor safety committee meeting and ensure effective functioning of the committee

Qualification-Btech or (Civil/Mechancial/E&I/Core Engg)
