We are specifically seeking candidates with a strong background in casting design (HPDC/LPDC) and hands-on experience using NX software.

Location:

Chakan, Pune

Experience Required:

5 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of high-pressure (HPDC) / low-pressure die-casting (LPDC) components
  • 3D modeling and detailed drawing creation using Siemens NX
  • Design optimization for manufacturability, strength, and cost
  • Collaborate with product development, tooling, and manufacturing teams
  • Participate in design reviews and FMEA
  • Support prototyping and validation activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates only
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in casting design (HPDC/LPDC)
  • Software: Proficiency in NX (Siemens NX)
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of casting processes, DFM principles, and GD&T
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
