Key Responsibilities
Company Coordination
- Contact companies through phone, email, and LinkedIn to collect job openings.
- Build and maintain company tie-ups for recruitment requirements.
- Prepare and maintain a database of company contacts and job listings.
Candidate Handling
- Call and counsel candidates about available job openings.
- Collect resumes and maintain candidate data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
- Follow up with both candidates and companies after interviews.
Job Posting and Promotion
- Post job openings on Indeed, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, and other portals.
- Respond to candidate applications and messages.
- Help in creating attractive job post content using Canva or templates.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain candidate and company data in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Use Google Forms for candidate registration.
- Draft professional emails and maintain communication logs.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills for company and candidate calls.
- Strong email drafting and written communication with professional etiquette.
- Knowledge of Indeed, Facebook Jobs, LinkedIn, and other job posting platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Gmail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Confident personality with good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)
