Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to optimizing production performance. In this role, you will lead operational and executive planning, enhance production efficiency, and drive transformational initiatives such as supplier autonomy and sustainable supply chain solutions. If you're an innovative, proactive problem-solver, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead operational and executive planning to ensure timely and efficient production.
• Strengthen the value chain by enhancing agility and sustainability.
• Drive initiatives that promote supplier autonomy and streamline supply chain operations.
• Cultivate a continuous improvement culture and collaborate across teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate demand planning, stock levels, sales trends, and supply needs
- Proficient Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience in Purchasing, Supply, M
erchandising
and Procurement processes - Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Textile (preferred)
- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools is a plus
