Marketing Coordinator
to join us

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main link between the central marketing team and your branch for all campaigns.
  • Plan and run local marketing activities—both online and offline.
  • Keep branch social media pages active by updating the content calendar regularly.
  • Manage the tele-calling team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.
  • Support lead generation efforts and help improve conversion speed.
  • Appear in videos and Reels to promote PFEC's services, events, and success stories.
  • Organize and coordinate branch-level events and campaigns.
  • Track campaign results and share useful insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Submit regular reports to the central marketing team.

Requirement:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, content creation, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication skills—both for managing tele-calling teams and for on-camera presence.
  • Basic video production knowledge is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
