Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Perform SEO (on-page, off-page, technical optimization) to improve website ranking.
  • Create engaging digital content for social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and internal teams to execute campaigns.
  • Improve conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel tracking.
  • Manage and monitor the company's website updates, ensuring correct SEO practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify digital trends.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports on campaigns and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative thinking.
