Total Exp : 5+ Years

  • Dynamics CRM, Python, AI/ML (Tesseract OCR, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, ChatGPT, NLP models – BERT/LayoutLM)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM & investment workflows (fundraising, deal tracking, portfolio monitoring)
  • Data aggregation & transformation (Excel, APIs, SFTP, PDF/CSV/Excel formats)
  • Experience with private equity, venture capital, or asset management operations
  • Familiarity with Agile & ITIL methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize & maintain Dynamics CRM solutions with Python & AI integrations.
  • Automate document processing, classification, and reporting workflows.
  • Build dashboards, alerts & monitoring tools for document/investment data.
  • Support integration with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) & ETL processes (Alteryx, Talend, Python).
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance in investment contexts.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Automation for document collection, archival, and classification.
  • Knowledge of fund accounting, IRR/TWR metrics, ESG compliance.
