Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with strong expertise in customization, configuration, workflows, and plug-in development. The consultant should have hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM solutions, debugging, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
- Work with Managed/Unmanaged solutions and handle solution components.
- Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
- Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, managed/unmanaged solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL (StringMapBase, debugging techniques).
- Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
- Ability to debug CRM components (JavaScript, plugins, workflows).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.
