About the RoleJoin our dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering expert tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including MNCs, business promoters, and startups. You will provide strategic guidance on direct and indirect tax matters, regulatory compliance, business structuring, and more. Key ResponsibilitiesTax Advisory & ComplianceDeliver comprehensive advisory services on direct and indirect tax laws, covering corporate tax, transfer pricing, GST, and international taxation.

Guide multinational clients in structuring their Indian operations for optimal tax efficiency and regulatory compliance. Advise business promoters on wealth management, succession planning, and personal tax optimization strategies. Support startups with tax-efficient business models, entity structuring, and investor-related tax matters.

Oversee compliance with Indian tax laws, including timely tax filings, advance tax calculations, and representation before tax authorities. Regulatory & Business AdvisoryAssist clients in securing regulatory approvals from bodies such as RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and MCA.Provide expert advice on foreign direct investment (FDI), exchange control regulations, and cross-border transactions. Advise on corporate governance, business restructuring, and M&A activities from both tax and regulatory perspectives.

Transaction & Structuring AdvisoryConduct due diligence and risk assessments for MNCs, promoters, and startups during acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. Structure transactions to maximize tax efficiency and ensure compliance with Indian laws. Advise on tax-efficient exit strategies for investors and founders.

Litigation & RepresentationRepresent clients before tax authorities, appellate tribunals, and regulatory bodies. Prepare and draft submissions and responses for tax assessments and regulatory inquiries. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality tax and regulatory solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in Indian tax laws, regulatory changes, and industry trends. Lead training sessions, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives for clients.
