As we continue to scale, we are looking to bring on board a seasoned professional to lead and strengthen our Audit & Assurance vertical. Role Summary:We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chartered Accountant to take on a leadership role in our Governance, Risk & Compliance practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-profile clients including Fortune 500 companies and listed entities, and will be instrumental in elevating our audit practice to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of statutory and internal audits. Ensure compliance with peer review standards and regulatory frameworks. Provide strategic advisory in audit, taxation, compliance, and financial planning.

Maintain deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS, and related reporting standards. Oversee audits of internal controls, financial systems, and compliance frameworks. Advise on transfer pricing strategies, management fees, and corporate taxation.

Review and finalize financial statements with strong analytical insights. Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning activities. Guide and manage audit and assurance teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) and Power BI preferred. Adapt to dynamic business environments and manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidate Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Mandatory full-time office presence; Work-from-home not permitted. Direct reporting to the Founder & Managing Partner. Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
