Key Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

  • Conduct financial audits, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (GST, Income Tax, etc.) and other statutory compliances.
  • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Indian GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle Financials) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations
