Position Overview:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team.

You'll work closely with our design and construction divisions to bring innovative architectural ideas to life — from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and engineers for design and site coordination.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure design execution aligns with approved plans.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed architectural documentation.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure all designs meet building codes and sustainability guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
  • 1–5 years of experience in residential or commercial architectural projects.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or Photoshop.
  • Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, and modern architecture trends.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in interior detailing or turnkey design–build projects.
  • Ability to present design concepts clearly to clients and the team.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
