Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and track subcontractor bills.
  • Conduct rate analysis, prepare bar bending schedules, and generate MSPs.
  • Develop project schedules using Primavera, MS Project, or MSP software.
  • Create detailed project plans with site planning and construction planning expertise.
  • Monitor progress against scheduled milestones and report on variances.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera Project Planner, Quantity Surveying tools like BOQ preparation.
