Digital Marketing Manager
to scale our paid media campaigns and generate high-intent real estate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads - Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI
- Research and define audience segments relevant to Dubai property buyers and investors
- Track daily ad performance and report on key KPIs like CPL, CTR, and ROAS
- Create landing pages (in coordination with our design/dev team) for lead capture
- Maintain lead flow in CRM and coordinate closely with the sales team
- Analyze competitors and market trends for continuous improvement
- Manage and monitor budgets across platforms
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Strong command over
Meta Business Suite
&
Google Ads Manager - Knowledge of ad policies, retargeting, audience segmentation, and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with lead-gen funnels, pixel/event tracking, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and CRM tools
- Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and team-collaborative attitude
