Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch & Billing Executive to manage billing operations, stock records, and dispatch activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel, experience in billing processes, stock management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate accurate bills/invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy in stock taking.
  • Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and billing reports in Excel.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for billing and dispatch records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in billing, stock taking, and dispatch operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of GST billing processes preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field preferred.
