Digital Media Specialist (Off Roll)

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want you. We are looking for a qualified Digital Media Specialist responsible for evolving digital paid media activities at Boston Scientific and for planning, executing and optimizing digital media campaigns for Boston Scientific EMEA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Digital media strategy and campaign management

• Responsible for the execution and reporting of digital paid media, targeting both HCP and patient audiences at divisional level, in alignment with digital marketing
• Ensure alignment and consistency across the BSC EMEA digital media ecosystem and vision in close collaboration with the Digital Media Senior Specialist
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to successfully align media mix according to strategy and provide recommendations to optimize mix or selection of new medias.
• Identify, articulate, and share best practices among the digital marketing team.
• Drive internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
• Support geographies to execute local digital media strategies and localization initiatives.

Metrics and Analysis

• Define and monitor digital media KPIs, measure and report performance of key campaigns to divisional stakeholders, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
• Proactively monitor and analyze competitor digital media activities.

Required Experience:

• University degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, in a media agency or organization. Experience within a multinational organization is a plus
• Proven work experience in a digital marketing or digital media role
• Demonstratable experience managing campaigns on PPC platforms including but not limited to paid search, social media, programmatic and display.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Great knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta business managers.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, experience working with tableau is a plus.
• Applied experience using measurement/analysis to regularly optimize Digital Media campaigns.
• Proven excellence in written and verbal communications. Excellent command of English - any additional language will be an asset.
• Great communication skills demonstrated experience presenting digital topics to non-digital audiences.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Customer focused. Ability to work cooperatively and proactively with staff inside and outside the team.
